African Dream was CTA's premiere calling card for Africa, especially for Nigeria. Many phone card customers have been complaining that African Dream has been disconnecting calls and has not been giving the mintues advertised. African Night has good minutes, however the discount is lower for wholesale customers, which could be a problem with the transition.
